Delhi Chapter II was established in 2001 with the vision of preserving and promoting the timeless wisdom of Vedic Astrology through the sacred Guru–Shishya Parampara. Founded through the invaluable efforts and guidance of Shri M. N. Kedar Ji, the chapter continues to uphold the authenticity of the Vedic tradition.
We follow the ancient Vedic tradition. We believe Jyotish is a scientific methodology for growth of human lifestyle and not limited to a subject. It is a timeless path that illuminates life, nurtures wisdom, and guides the soul towards the Divine.
Delhi Chapter II remains dedicated to nurturing sincere seekers while preserving the rich heritage of Vedic wisdom for generations to come.

Our Chairperson
Anjali Gulati is the Chapter Chairperson of ICAS Delhi-II, Tilak Nagar Chapter and an esteemed Vedic Astrology faculty with over 25 years of experience. She has been a dedicated student and practitioner of astrology since 1997 and has been teaching since 2001, inspiring and mentoring aspiring astrologers.
She specializes in Predictive Astrology, Tajik (Varsh Kundli), Jaimini Astrology, Ashtakavarga, and Shadbal. A B.Com and B.Ed graduate, she has been honoured with the distinguished titles of Jyotish Kovid, Jyotish Vachaspati, and Jyotish Kalamani. Renowned for her structured, practical, and easy-to-understand teaching methodology, she empowers students to develop a strong conceptual and predictive foundation in Vedic Astrology.
